Scope

This policy explains how Astrofly Home Value ("Astrofly," "we," or "us") handles information when you browse the site, use the estimator, read a market guide, or contact us. It applies to astrofly.app and www.astrofly.app.

Aggregate site analytics

Astrofly records limited, aggregate activity needed to understand whether the site is useful. The application can count a page view or a completed estimate by UTC date, page path, event type, and selected state.

Our application analytics do not store an IP address, browser user-agent string, precise location, property form values, estimate result, email address, cookie, advertising identifier, or persistent visitor ID. Counts are used for site operations, audience measurement, and product decisions.

Hosting and network providers may temporarily process request metadata, including IP addresses, to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose failures. We do not use that infrastructure data to build behavioral profiles.

Estimator and public data

You can use the estimator without creating an account. Property details submitted to the estimator are processed to return an estimate and are not included in Astrofly's aggregate analytics database.

The estimator and market guides use public records and published housing-market aggregates. Those source records may describe real property, but Astrofly does not use them to identify or profile a site visitor.

Messages you send

If you email [email protected], we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate corrections, discuss partnerships, or address legal and privacy requests. Do not send financial account numbers, government identifiers, appraisal reports, or other sensitive personal information.

Advertising and external services

Astrofly may display clearly identified advertising, sponsorships, or affiliate links. A third-party advertising provider may use cookies or similar technology under its own policy if and when that provider is enabled. Astrofly will provide any consent controls required by applicable law before enabling nonessential advertising technology.

Links to public-data sources and other websites take you to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Read our advertising disclosure for how commercial relationships are identified.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers that operate the site, when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Aggregate analytics counts may be retained to compare site usage over time. Contact correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may use browser controls to block cookies or external resources. You may also ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you sent directly to us by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience researching residential property and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact
