Astrofly Home Value provides automated residential price estimates and housing-market context for Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The site combines user-provided property details with public records, published market aggregates, and statistical models.

Not an appraisal or professional advice

An Astrofly estimate is not a licensed appraisal, broker price opinion, comparative market analysis, offer to buy or sell, tax assessment, insurance valuation, credit decision, lending decision, or guarantee of a sale price. It does not account for every property defect, renovation, easement, environmental condition, title issue, view, or block-level influence.

Do not use an estimate as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, loan, tax appeal, insurance, investment, or other material decision. Consult an appropriately licensed appraiser, real-estate professional, attorney, tax adviser, engineer, inspector, or other qualified professional.

Data and model limitations

Public records and market feeds can be incomplete, delayed, revised, or wrong. Coverage and validation strength vary by location. Transferred and market-calibrated models are directional and are not represented as independently validated local models.

Estimates, ranges, sales counts, dates, and guide statistics may change as inputs and methods are updated. We do not promise that content is complete, current, accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Permitted use

You may use the public site for personal research and ordinary business evaluation consistent with these terms and applicable law. You may link to public pages with accurate attribution.

You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, submit malicious code, misrepresent an estimate as an appraisal, use the site to discriminate unlawfully, or reproduce, resell, or systematically extract site content in a way that violates source-data rights or imposes unreasonable load.

Content and source rights

Astrofly's interface, original text, presentation, and model packaging are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Underlying public and third-party datasets remain subject to the rights, attribution requirements, and terms of their respective publishers. A link or citation does not imply that a source endorses Astrofly.

Advertising and third parties

The site may contain clearly identified ads, sponsorships, affiliate links, and links to independent websites. Commercial relationships do not change estimator output. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, security, or policies. See the advertising disclosure.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrofly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on an estimate or guide. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Astrofly to use the service during the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, coverage, data sources, models, or these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
